Shipping & Returns

Sana Organics is pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders within the United States and FLAT RATE shipping of $7.50 on all international orders.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours from time of receipt, except if placed Friday after 12 noon EST through Saturday.

The majority of orders are fulfilled by Amazon.com. You will normally receive your order within 3-7 business days. There are certain times of the year, especially during November and December, where there may be slight delays.

Shipping Rules and Restrictions

If we experience higher order volume, there may be delays in shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

You may also choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery (additional charges apply).

Sana Organics is only able to ship to one shipping address per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each unique address.

P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Not all shipping options will be available to this type of address.

INTERNATIONAL LOCATIONS

Sana Organics products are intended for end use in the United States. Products sold for end use in the U.S. are not labeled for international distribution. Sana Organics strictly prohibits the shipping of our product to any location outside the United States. Sana Organics reserves the right to cancel or modify any order.

When your order is received, we will send you an email confirming your order.

Tracking your Shipment

All packages will have a tracking number assigned and a tracking email will be sent once shipped. For questions, you can reach us by email anytime by sending a message to hello@sanaorganics.com

Sana Organics is not liable for any lost shipments when USPS is selected as the shipping method. The consumer is responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost or undelivered shipments directly with USPS.

Returns and Exchanges

Skin chemistry varies from person to person, so we do our best to create products that are friendly to all skin types- especially sensitive skin. That being said, we want you to be satisfied with every Sana Organics purchase you make.

We believe in our products and their quality SO strongly that we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you are not happy with what you purchased, you can send it back within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund or exchange (you must pay return shipping, however).

Returns for Purchases Made at a Retail Store

If you purchased the product from a retail store, please contact the store directly for their return policy.

Damaged Items

When you receive your items, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the box to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately at 734-474-7302 or email to: hello@sanaorganics.com To investigate the problem, we’ll need your order number, email address, shipping address, and phone number. Please be sure to retain the shipping box, packing materials, and damaged items in case we need to provide them to the carrier as proof of damage during transit.
